Khami Lounge: Terms of Use

Welcome to Khami Lounge. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Khami Lounge facilities and services. By accessing or using Khami Lounge, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use Khami Lounge.

1. Acceptance of Terms These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Khami Lounge ("we," "us," or "our"). We reserve the right to modify or revise these Terms at any time, and your continued use of Khami Lounge after such changes signifies your acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Lounge Access and Eligibility 2.1. Access to Khami Lounge is granted based on specific criteria, which may include: a. Valid boarding pass with eligible airline partnership. b. Presentation of a qualifying premium credit card. c. Purchase of a day pass at the prevailing rate. d. Valid membership to Khami Lounge or an affiliated program. 2.2. All guests must present a valid boarding pass for same-day travel. 2.3. Entry is subject to lounge capacity. We reserve the right to deny entry if the lounge is at full capacity. 2.4. Children are welcome, but must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times. Specific child policies (e.g., age limits for free entry) may apply and will be communicated at reception.

3. Guest Policy 3.1. Complimentary guest access, if applicable, is determined by your specific airline, credit card, or membership benefits. 3.2. Additional guests beyond your complimentary allowance may enter by purchasing a day pass, subject to lounge capacity.

4. Duration of Stay 4.1. Access is typically granted for a specific duration, usually up to 3 hours, prior to your scheduled flight departure. Extensions may be granted at our discretion and subject to availability and additional charges. 4.2. Access is generally for departing flights. Access for arriving passengers may be granted at our discretion and subject to specific conditions.

5. Code of Conduct 5.1. Guests are expected to behave in a respectful manner towards other guests and staff. 5.2. Excessive noise, disruptive behavior, or any actions that disturb the comfort of other guests are not permitted. 5.3. Dress code: While smart-casual travel attire is generally acceptable, we reserve the right to refuse entry to individuals whose attire is deemed inappropriate. 5.4. We reserve the right to remove any guest who violates these Terms or engages in behavior deemed inappropriate or disruptive.

6. Use of Facilities and Services 6.1. Food and Beverage: Food and beverages are provided for consumption within the lounge only and may not be taken outside. Responsible consumption of alcohol is expected. We reserve the right to refuse service to intoxicated individuals. 6.2. Wi-Fi: Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided for reasonable personal and business use. Excessive bandwidth consumption or illegal activities are prohibited. 6.3. Business Workstations/Meeting Rooms: These facilities are for professional use. Please respect others' privacy and time limits if applicable. 6.4. Spa/Wellness/Private Suites: Access to these services may require prior booking and additional charges. Please inquire at reception.

7. Lost and Found Khami Lounge is not responsible for any personal belongings lost or left unattended within the lounge premises. While we will make reasonable efforts to store and return lost items, we cannot guarantee their recovery.

8. Limitation of Liability Khami Lounge, its affiliates, and employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the lounge services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Zimbabwe, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time without prior notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the Terms were last revised. Your continued use of Khami Lounge after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
